Retouching & Graphic Edits

• Standard Retouching (included in all packages)

• Advanced Retouching – $50 per image (skin smoothing, object removal, background replacement)

• Creative Graphic Edits – Starts at $75 per image (custom effects, digital art, composites)

Additional Fees & Policies

• Travel Fee: Locations outside a 25-mile radius of Houston will incur an additional fee.

• Rush Editing: Need images within 48 hours? +$100 rush fee applies.

• Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit is required to book. Balance due before the session begins.

• Non-Refundable Deposits: All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

• Session Fees: Once a portrait session has been completed, the session fee is non-refundable as it covers the time, expertise, and preparation invested.

• Prints & Product Payments: Full payment is required at the end of your ordering session (via cash or credit). Orders will not be designed or submitted until payment is received in full.

Online Galleries

• Online galleries will be available for one month.

• A $45 fee per additional week will apply if an extension is needed.

Punctuality & Late Arrivals

• Arriving on time ensures the best experience and results.

• Late arrivals will result in a loss of session time, limiting the number of images captured.

• Mini Sessions: These are scheduled back-to-back at a discounted rate. If you arrive late, the remaining time will be used to capture your images. If you miss your scheduled time entirely, your payment is forfeited, and rescheduling is not an option.

• Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period applies to both the photographer and the client.

• If the client is late beyond the grace period, a late fee will be applied.

• If the photographer arrives late beyond the grace period, a deduction will be made from the remaining balance.

On-Location Sessions

• Weather Conditions: Outdoor sessions may need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather.

• Permit Requirements: If a permit is required for your preferred location, the client is responsible for obtaining the permit and covering any associated costs.

• Travel Fees: Locations outside a 25-mile radius from the studio will incur an additional travel fee.

• Multiple Locations: Additional locations beyond the initial spot will incur a $25 fee per location, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Retouching & Edits

• Standard retouching is included in your session. If extensive edits are required, we will discuss the best options for your needs.

• Creative graphic edits require additional time and will be priced accordingly.
